Return and refund policy

1. Custom, Made-to-Order Products

As each item is printed only after you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please check our size chart before ordering)
  • Minor variations in color or print placement due to screen display or fabric differences

2. Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

We will happily offer a replacement, exchange, or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong product or design
  • The order was lost in transit or marked delivered but not received (subject to courier investigation)

3. How to Request a Replacement/Refund

To raise a request, please email us at orivo.ink@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo/video of the product received (including the label/packaging, for damage or wrong-item claims)
  3. A brief description of the issue

Requests raised after 4 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

4. Processing Time

Once your request is approved:

  • Replacements will be reprinted and shipped within  business days
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI; you may be asked to share your bank details for this purpose.

5. Cancellations

Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be accommodated within a few hours of placing the order, before printing has started. Please email us immediately at orivo.ink@gmail.com if you wish to cancel.

6. Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refused delivery, please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for how these cases are handled. Refunds for RTO orders (where applicable) will exclude non-recoverable shipping and production costs.
